  • Autosomal dominant
  • large bilateral cysts that destroy the kidney paranchema
  • clincal
    • flank pain, hematuria, hypertension, UTI, renal failure (Hyperphosphatemia —> Hypocalcemia —> Parathyroid Hyperplasia).
    • hypertension is associated with stroke due to Berry Aneurysms
    • other findings: mitral valve prolapse, diverticulitis, polycystic liver disease
