  • follows group A strep infection of skin or pharynx
  • pathology
    • subepithelial deposists
    • IF shows granular deposits
    • diffuse proliferative pattern with neutrophils
  • clinical
    • hematuria one week following infection
    • ASO titers inreased, anti-DNAase B titers
    • resolves on own
